Employee Performance Reviews

Effective next year All American will be doing regular performance reviews for all employees. The content of these reviews will include the following: Evaluate your performance, determine your future aspirations with All American, set goals for you to achieve these aspirations, and for some this will also be a time to evaluate your compensation. You will all be getting “self evaluation” forms to fill out prior to your in-person evaluation with your manager. You will have approximately one week to fill these forms out prior to your in-person review. We believe it is important for you to participate in your evaluation as well.

The following schedule will be adhered to every year moving forward…

JANUARY: Manager evaluations

FEBRUARY: All other staff evaluations
